Lingfield College Announces Exciting New Additions to GCSE Programme
Lingfield College is excited to introduce two new GCSE options starting in September 2025: GCSE Business and Enterprise and Marketing (Level 2 GCSE Equivalent). These additions are part of our commitment to offering a well-rounded, future-focused education that prepares students not only for academic success but also for thriving careers in fields such as business, marketing, and entrepreneurship.
With Business Management and Finance becoming increasingly popular at universities and the demand for business-related apprenticeships on the rise, the timing of these new courses could not be better. They reflect students' evolving interests and the skills required for the modern workforce, ensuring our students are equipped with practical knowledge and future-ready skills.

GCSE Business
The GCSE Business course provides students with a strong foundation in key business principles, including entrepreneurship, marketing, finance, and human resources. Through real-world case studies and problem-solving exercises, students will gain practical skills that are directly applicable to both higher education and careers in business.

Enterprise and Marketing (Level 2 GCSE Equivalent)
This course focuses on developing entrepreneurial skills through practical, hands-on learning. Students will design, pitch, and refine business proposals while also developing marketing strategies. The course covers essential topics such as market research, financial viability, and the marketing mix, giving students the tools to tackle real-world business challenges.
