Lingfield Alumni Share Expertise and Guidance at Careers Fair

At our 2024 Careers Fair we welcomed over 30 Alumni and representatives from diverse professions. This biennial event provides students from years 10-13 with a wealth of information as they consider future career paths and post-18 aspirations.

Students and their parents were invited to meet, listen to, and network with more than 30 accomplished professionals who are all Lingfield alumni. These individuals serve as industry specialists and trainee apprentices, offering invaluable advice and sharing their first-hand experiences. Our alumni represent a broad range of organisations, including JP Morgan, Sussex Police, NatWest, BMW and the RAF.

Attendees could also participate in a series of short talks delivered by our speakers, covering various interesting topics. Additionally, our UCAS Co-ordinators and Careers Advisor were on hand to provide students with further guidance.

It was interesting to learn about all the different career opportunities there are and talk to the alumni about their career pathways and the challenges of their roles.
