Lingfield Prep Pupils Raise Over £6700 for Charity
Lingfield Prep pupils congratulated for raising £6,783.92 for charity in 2022.
Today Lingfield Prep pupils were visited by Lewis from Restless Development to congratulate them on their tremendous efforts to raise money for charity and invited the children to the Schools Triathlon in 2023.
Last year 64 pupils from our Prep School raised £6738.92!
The top fundraising teams were:
Popping Pineapples: Cassi, Esme, Georgia and Phoenix £848
The Marauders!: Ella, Kai, Olivia amd Robbie £531.57
Curious Cookies: Ben, Ginny, Kitty, Lucy £525
In 2022 the funds raised will be helping to educate girls in Sierra Leone by equipping schools, training teachers and mentoring. Less than 10% of girls currently attend secondary school.
We are so proud of the motivated and giving spirit of our pupils, and we can't wait to see what they achieve this year!
The Schools Triathlon will take place at Royal Russell School on 23rd April 2023.
