Lingfield Athletes Compete at Surrey Schools Cross Country

On a cold Saturday at Priory Park in Reigate, 13 Lingfield Prep and Senior athletes took part in the Surrey Schools cross-country races for Primary and Secondary schools.  Well done to all our young athletes who showed resilience and determination in a large field of athletes! 

Prep

• Lucy and Olivia competed in the year 5 girls race and ran with great determination in a large field. 
• Harvey achieved a fantastic 11^th place in the year 5 boys' run, finishing strongly after moving through the field in the final stretch of the run. 
• Beau and Luca both performed brilliantly in the final race of the day, the year 6 boys' event. They finished 9th and 19th, respectively, in an extremely competitive run. 

Senior

• Year 8: Harry & Ella 
• Year 7: Billy, Ossie, Maddie & Genevieve

All ran exceptionally well, with Harry achieving a Surrey vest in 18th place.
